With three weekly sessions, our expert coaches will guide and support you through progressive strength training workouts, teach you foundational movements, and familiarize you with various gym equipment. As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to join our Strength Training Club, where you'll receive ongoing exercise plans supported by our expert coaches and can participate in our milestone program to earn exciting wellness rewards.
